- Refund and Returns Policy
- At Hygiene Waste, our primary objective is to ensure that you receive the suitable product. However, should you select a product that does not meet your requirements, please reach out to us to avoid unnecessary returns. We aim to make your shopping experience satisfactory, and if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process within our 7-day Returns Policy period.
- Returns
- Our return policy spans 7 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if 7 days have elapsed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. Kindly note that a 15% handling fee will be applied to all returned and ordered items.
- Most items are eligible for return within 7 days of receipt under the following conditions:
- The item must be returned unused and in its original packaging at the customer’s expense.
- Refunds, including applicable taxes, will be issued in the original payment method.
- Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item is returned due to damage or defect, in which case return shipping charges are borne by the customer.
- Items must be returned in new condition, with no damage such as cracks, marks, missing parts, or dirt.
- For in-store purchases, items must be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase (unused), with a receipt presented for a refund or exchange.
- To qualify for a refund, replacement, or store credit, items must be returned to Hygiene Waste within 7 days.
- Full Refund Exclusions:
- Open box items.
- Items returned more than 7 days after delivery.
- Items returned without prior notification.
- Capital Equipment.
- Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed via the original method of payment within a specified timeframe.
- Clearance (Scratch & Dent) Items (If Applicable)
- Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; unfortunately, clearance items cannot be refunded.
- Exchanges (If Applicable)
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, please email us at sales@hygienewaste.co.za and return the item to 320 Rivonia Boulevard, Rivonia, Sandton.
- Return Shipment
- Please note that return freight is the customer’s responsibility unless Hygiene Waste is at fault. Follow all return-shipping instructions provided with your Return Authorization number to prevent any issues. Hygiene Waste reserves the right to charge additional shipping fees if an item is returned to an incorrect address.
- We highly recommend insuring returned items against loss or damage during shipping.
- Canceled Orders on Capital Goods
- Capital equipment (items with a serial number) are covered by a 1-year guarantee from the sale date. Canceled orders or incorrect items ordered will incur a 15% handling charge.
- Terms & Policies
- We reserve the right to adjust prices and products due to errors, market changes, product discontinuation, or typographical errors in advertisements.
- If your item is defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at +27 65 392 8985 / +27 10823 1625 or sales@hygienewaste.co.za for assistance. We will arrange for repair, replacement, or refund as necessary.
