Chain Short Link Black Oxide Steel 5.0Mm / Meter

Agrinet Short Link Black Oxide Steel General-purpose Chain is manufactured from premium, non-recycled HPB300 steel, ensuring superior strength and durability. * Made and tested to SABS 251 Specification. It has a Safety Factor of 4:1 or higher. ** General-purpose chain is not certified for any lifting, but it is perfect for general, pulling, fencing, gates, home DIY, farm, and site jobs. ** Key Features: ** – General-purpose Short Link Chain: Balanced strength and flexibility. Good for general-purpose use. * – Black oxide offers a sleek look with mild corrosion resistance and is best suited for environments with less exposure to moist. . * – Working Load Limit (WLL): This is the maximum weight a chain can safely handle during regular use. It is the everyday operating limit and should never be exceeded. * Working load limit on the chain is as follows: 4mm: 102kg, 5mm: 160kg, 6mm: 230kg, 8mm: 408kg, 10mm: 638kg, 13mm: 1081kg. * – Breaking Load: The point at which the chain will physically fail or snap under extreme force. It is much higher than the WLL and used for testing purposes only. Available on request. * – Compliance: Each chain is rigorously tested for tensile strength and break load capacity in compliance with strict European Norms (EN), guaranteeing reliability in real-world applications. ** CAUTION: DO NOT USE FOR LIFTING.
