Kulubrite 45 is a high-purity, beneficiated (floated) dry calcium carbonate product with a particle size of approximately 45 microns, produced by Idwala Carbonates. It is widely used as a filler and extender in industrial applications to enhance product performance, improve brightness, and reduce costs.

Paints and Coatings: Acts as a high-whiteness extender, improving opacity and durability in decorative and industrial paints.
Plastics and Polymers: Used to enhance rigidity, impact resistance, and surface finish in PVC, PP, and PE products.

Kulubrite 45

Our Floated dry calcium carbonate products contained in our Kulubrite product range have been beneficiated through floatation resulting in a brighter, high purity calcium carbonate with particle sizes ranging from 45 micron down to 0.6 micron.

These products are ultra-fine, white extenders with pigmentary properties and good dispersion.

They are used in the paint, chemical, ceramic, plastic and paper industries.
